Visual Media Specialist
Photo, Video, Drone & 3D Tours

If you lead with personality, have a real curiosity for visual media, and are hungry to grow into a full-scope role covering photography, video, drone, and 3D tours, this was written for you.
WHAT THIS ROLE COVERS
This is a full-scope position spanning real estate photography, cinematic video, drone aerials, and 3D virtual tours. We'll start training you across all of it from day one, with the goal of getting you out on job sites as quickly as possible. How far and how fast you develop from there is up to you.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Agents and homeowners are trusting you with one of the biggest transactions of their lives. We want you to walk into any property, earn that trust immediately, and make the whole experience feel effortless. It's the foundation everything else is built on, and it's what our clients notice first.
Beyond that, we're looking for someone who:
- Is warm, professional, and confident in any client environment
- Has a genuine passion for photography and video, with some foundational experience (hobby level is a real starting point)
- Is curious about visual storytelling and excited by emerging media technology
- Has a background in a client-facing field such as real estate, hospitality, sales, or design
REQUIRED GEAR
Great work starts with the right tools. Below is what we require to get you out on job sites.
- A full frame camera with a 16-35mm f/4 or better lens
- OR a cropped sensor camera with a 12-24mm f/4 or better lens
- Camera must be capable of uncropped 4K at 60fps
- A tripod
- Owns (or is prepared to acquire) a drone at the level of a DJI Mini 4 Pro, Air 3S, Mavic 2 Pro, or better.
- Basic flight skills are a fine starting point and we will help you develop from there.
- Has (or is willing to obtain) an FAA Part 107 drone license, with our full support
- A gimbal is a plus but not required.
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
This is not a single hire.
We are growing our team across several Denver area markets and beyond.
Right now we are looking for people who can service one or more of these areas:
- Denver Metro
- Denver East (Aurora)
- Denver North (Westminster, Thornton, Brighton)
- Denver Northwest (Arvada, Golden, Broomfield)
- Denver Southeast (Castle Rock, Parker, Centennial)
- Boulder / Longmont / Louisville / Lafayette
We are also expanding throughout Colorado and actively looking for contractors who want to grow with us as those markets develop. If you are based in or near any of these areas, we want to hear from you. If you are outside these markets but interested in being part of what we are building statewide, apply anyway.
PAY
We offer per-shoot pay that adds up fast during peak season as a 1099 Independent contractor. Rates are consistent and clearly defined by service type, so you always know exactly what you are earning per job. As you develop your skills and become a go-to member of our team, your volume of work grows with it.
We are looking for people who want a long-term relationship and want to grow with us.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
This is a seasonal role with our peak business running March through September. When the season is moving, the volume is real. We ask for a minimum of:
- Three days of availability per week, including evenings for twilight sessions
- Shoot volume averages two per day, a mix of daytime and evening twilight sessions
Contractors who grow into a core part of our team naturally see more consistent work when volume is highest. We also invest in ongoing education and skill development to keep our team sharp and current.
While the high peak season winds down, we stay busy and we take care of our people. Work continues and goes first to our most loyal and skilled team members.
